Anyone know if this is happening been on thew Ripon Motorsport Club Site and it still says hopefully to be arranged for Sept 2007.

Its right on my doorstep this so really want it to happen as we really enjoyed the last one a couple of years ago.

That would be a shame.....the last time it ran it was a cracking rally:thumb: Never seen so many cars come off the track.

I agreed Mark, The real reason is to see great cars being driving with great skill, but your not telling me that getting stuck in and helping put a rally car back on the track to enable them to carry on is not all part of the fun!

Im hearing conflicting stories about whether or not its on but sincerely hope it is because, like staffychance, its right on my doorstep and I travel to watch loads of rallies so this is my "home" rally. It'll be great to travel just 10 mins from home to see a rally.

For the time being all signs point to it being ON!

only thing is it conflicts with the Lindisfarne!

Drewster, Mark is a competitor so for him having to put a rally car back on the stage after an off definitely isn't part of the fun! :cry:

Just got an emial from the organisers and this event is beyond doubt cancelled

reason he gave was "Sorry but the event will not be running due to complications this year"

shame.
