Thought I'd share the detail that Justin and I did on my Golf last weekend

Car was in quite a bad way, Justin said that he had never seen a car so bad  Oh well, lets just see what we could do and try and improve as much as possible in gthe timeframe we had (a weekend)

I started on the friday night, giving it a thorough wash, followed by 2 1/2 hours with a Megs quik clay kit (so not so 'quik' then :wonder: )

Drove to Justins for 7.30am on the sat morn, where we gave it a wash again using a microfibre wash mit and the 2 bucket method and dried using a waffle weave towel.

Next stop was Justins work, so we had a nice area to PC the car.

I started by masking the whole car with blue 3M masking tape whilst Justin got all his gear ready and ordered some butties, as you all know, breckfast IS the most important meal of the day, and we had lots of work to do!!

Some Pics of the Car before...

Bonnet

We started on the bonnet using power gloss on the PC, already the results were astounding

After doing the pannel in power gloss, We wiped the pannel clean with a new microfibre, before the next step, intensive polish.

We carried on around the car before hitting the worst area...the boot.
This needs pics more than words, as they truely speak for themselves

The roof needed a little more attention, so it had a third stage of Final polish 2 to remove some slight marring

The 2 final stages were a Quick polish and a coat of sealer to keep things looking nice

Even the exhaust wasnt left without a bit of blackfire:D
