Hi can anybody advise if I have to remove the front subframe to fit the front ARB AND THE ALK ON A MY03 STI? Help desperately needed.

not done mine yet but think you can undo the the antiroll bar bush clamps, droplinks and a wheel and it can be feed out the side.

You can get away without when replacing the ARB but it's a pain in the arse (I did it on my '03) - just have to wiggle it in the right way. You have to remove it and fit spacers for the subframe when fitting the ALK. Do you have the ALK? I still have the one I took off my '03 but haven't got round to selling it.
