Stratstone lotus Cardiff have invited us to a track day at Llandow
The event is free but limited to 10 spaces on a first come first served basis

The last one that held 2 months ago had over 50 people attending on the day!!

They would like to extend an invitation to the local Scooby owners to attend for free!!!

They only have 10 spaces that can be made available.

The track day will be held on July the 7th At Llandow circuit, it is a all day event with food supplied in the lunch time break.

I will pass on further info as and when.

Please add your name to the list if you wish to TRACK your car, please only add your name if you fully intend to take part.

Any after 10 will have to go on a reserve list.

Kev, do you know how many sessions we'll likely to get.

 

If its like the other track days they have held for the Lotus club then it might be open, we will just have to wait and see

I think Llandow is around £1000 + a day, I don't think its quite as easy as that as insurance can be a problem.
I know that other car clubs have had a go but have fallen foul due to insurance.

 

I don't see why not, also the chance for some pax laps if you trust anyones driving

Looks like we have 10, pop your name down for a reserve place, you never know your luck.

 

I did enquire about this before,

Mon & Fri is £1500 + VAT
Tue,Wed,Thur is £1200 + VAT
Sat is £2000 + VAT
Sun is £3000 + VAT

Ontop of that is the

Paramedic's at £120 each per day
Ambulance at £150 " "

And if extra marshalls are required then its £30 each per day

 

If anyone else is going on the track please be aware that you need to wear long sleeve's and will need a helmet if you didn't know already.

If anyone wants a Pass ride in my car your more than welcome.

Whats the noise regs lads???? even with the bung mine might fail and the new exhaust won't be here until september!!!!!

 

I've been looking at previous trackdays thats happened there and they've been quoted 105db at drive-by, not like Castle combe with the actual measuring stick.
