To Follow up on my last post
I read a few and tried entering the code again and this time i entered it the led flashed once after each digit then when i put all four in it flashed rapedly and didn't work so am now totaly baffled please any info out there

sounds like a new ecu is needed they aint expensive only about £70 or so and then it's just a case of programming in a remote.

I was having trouble arming/disarming my00 classic whenever it was parked near aeriels/transmitters etc. Was told to override the alarm using the keypad in the glovebox. I'd never seen anything resembling a keypad in the glovebox, even after removing it! suggested it could be behind fuses....nope. Having concluded that the car didn't have one I ordered one from Subaru....only £20 :) However I then made the mistake of allowing them to fit it - hours labour £85!!!!!!!. Moral is if you know how to d-i-y then just get the parts.

Cheers for all the help Guys But i managed to get hold of Sigma Sam and he sorted it all out for me

my fxckxng battery there in my key fob bit,how did u u get the code in. i asked subaru thry give me this long number which wouldn t work now the car just sitting miles from my house. the car does every thing but start :wonder:
