I bent a track rod end hitting an unmarked roadwork some years ago and was compensated with no hassle. its only fair DannyBoy007 15 June 2007, 13:52 Most building sites are private roads until/if adopted by council, They never top coat them until the very end of the site and the council won't adopt until they are top coated with street lights, this can take years depending on the size of the site. You may get lucky by writting to the MD, I wouldn't bother with the site agent, He's not going to pay moeny out of his bonus. wrxgreen 15 June 2007, 22:34 Most building sites are private roads until/if adopted by council, They never top coat them until the very end of the site and the council won't adopt until they are top coated with street lights, this can take years depending on the size of the site.
