I have the Flex version (more stiff) and when set to softest setting it has a better ride quality than the original (sti my53) with prodrive springs and corners better (and thats just on the softest setting).

Buy EDFC you can adjust to suit the road/driving style as and when u want then.

rasheedn - the tein SS is a great setup for road use IMO

Default suspention

I had prodrive suspension in the car before it was a smooth ride, but when I gave the
car some stick it didnt feel safe, so I got a Tein's suspension instead!
The Tein's suspension feels the same as the Prodrive not safe.
I need to find out the best setting for the car.
I aint happy with it at monent.

I have had prodrive, tein and AST on my 03 STI. Have to say the tein i thought was to stiff when set up properly.

On a smooth piece of tarmac it was great but smooth tarmac is not a common occurance in uk.

Have a chat with Tsl or Powerstation. They should be able to sort something out for you.
