Games aren't region coded on the Xbox 360. Don't know about the DS.

get yourself an Ultra N card - basically a gig of ds lite cartridge with a usb adapter so you can put nintendo DS (NDS ) roms on it

and rom locations:

I have bought games from our local supplier, which are imported and play no trouble. DSs ARE region free

I ordered my R4 from DealExtreme and paid via Paypal in US dollars and with the exchange rates at the moment it came to £15.84 delivered.I then ordered a 2gb micro sd from Picstop
R4's are definitely the way to go for the NDS though

Sorry for the Hikack, but if I buy a R4, how do I get ROMS onto it? If you add 10 roms, how does the DS know which one you want.

Very interested in this as I have a PSP also and have done all the appropriate hacks to allow backup / PS1 Games etc to be played, just didn't know I could do it on the DS.

I just copy the ROMS files onto the micro-sd card through the USB adaptor. Then when you start it presents a list of all the available ROMS, just select the one you want.
