We have new phone systems that we need to learn how to use and i will have very little (or no) internet access for the next week to 10 days (broadband hasn't been installed yet - thanks BT)

They seem ok now we are getting used to them, far too complicated though. Whatever happen to just picking it up and talking? Is all via pc's now

Quick thanks to Moley, for a change (since we changed to Keith Michaels) our insurance has gone down, nice one

Usually renewal time means shopping around for new insurance, this time no problem

 

Is that the reason why I still haven't received my documents ?

I did one a couple/three days ago and hadn't heard anything back, or does it usually take a few days anyway?

More than likely.

Our broadband was supposed be be fitted this week, but has ben delayed untill next Friday. (Thanks BT!!!)

We are using dial-up at the moment, which is making it difficult to obtain the internet quotes.

Please be aware that internet quotes are not done by me anyway, so will be un-likely to be a great quote. Better of pm'ing me or ringing 0208 6427868 and asking for Gary Moulson
