Help, i've just bought some items from italy over the internet and the buyer says he wants paying by paypal. How do i do this? do i have to get this from a bank? i've never heard of this before.
He says it will not be worth his while if i send a cheque as the items are cheap and it will cost him to cash it.

Erm, go to http://www.paypal.com set up an account.

This can take a while as you have to get your authorisation code from your statement. Which isn't a problem if you can read your statement online, but otherwise you'll have to wait.

Then deposit ££ into your account with your CC. and then assign the dosh to his paypal account.

Bit long winded but once setup it's neat for small amounts

Most credit card companies are used to "Paypal" give it about 4-5 days and phone them for the code. It is secure.
