I will be going to a motocross evenet tommorow, and would like to know what technique is best...


Freeze the action, or pan for the impression of speed?
Auto AF with AI servo - this will meen that it does not flash on one particular AF point, but will focus all over (I guess it will be hard to get AF points on a bike due to size/speed?) or choose an AF point, (say middle one for example) and try and aim it at the bike/rider/Thanks for any help people!
