Hi Paul
My mate is a mobile valeter around the glasgow area, if that doesnt work then you could give him a call and he could probably do something. He used to restore cars so he may be able to help.
Give him a bell on 0771 829 1065 ask for Dave.

After washing with warm water, I'd try something like tar spot remover, which is also rather handy at removing dead insects as well. It's probably a lot less effort than scrubbing it down with T-cut, which would do the job, but you would probably end up with a lot of paint coming off the car as well, which would be a lot of hard work!
