Besides that they are about to be made redundant as there is a new version of software coming out that will allow you to program all the Directed products(inc. clifford,viper) from a laptop/pda etc... £150 lol. you can have mine of your willing to pay that price... That wont make them redundant, just another choice of programming of your alarm,from what i see, most alarms coming out next yr still have the 8999 ESP Molded Bitwriter Programming Remote Cable included in the package so the bitwriter will be about for a good many yrs yet !
