Riding into work, heard a bang, thought id'd some how punctured the front tyre. no, all fine parked up only to have one of the boys gone and tell me I had a 6inch bloody nail stuck in my radiator:brickwall

Bugger! that is sodding unlucky...looks like its gone thru the core so thats the end of that rad

Through the core, so have a call out to all the breakers yards for a replacement. Hopefully have a result when I get back from work.
Only just managed to get it home, temps up tp 120.:cry:

located three, one new for £240, god condition £180, usable £75. Any ideas how much a new one costs from a dealership?

it is possible for this to be repaired, you need to find a radiator specialist and see if they can sort it out for you, yellow pages may show a local one, in fact i have just seen your location, there is one in Bury St edmunds, it is in the industrial estate by Sainsburys iirc
