Experts have been furiously studying all evidence to determine exactly (or even roughly) the events that took place last night.

Questions needing answering include:

Why did Mellow disappear from the disco at 12:45?
If 'Chelle was not "pished", how come she spent so much time under the table at the curry house?
Why was Pete infatuated by the girl with the pink furry front?
What did Heather find so fascinating about the caravan-sized sub-woofer?
How come wrx was physically capable of posting on Scoobynet at 11:06 this morning?
Is it really a good idea to drink continuously for 12 hours?

Hopefully this thread will unravel these, and other mysteries!!!!

i suppose we can very sadly say - We have had our First injury from our organised meets!

This injury was caused by some very enthusiastic individuals devoted to their passion! NO NOT Subaru's! But DRINKING!

The injured party - MELLOW! is still in birmingham because of this Intoxication. i do believe everyone on the meet should take full responsibility for the contribution of 50+ pence per person which went towards the DIRTY PINT, which mellow volunteered to drink. NICE ONE! what a sport?

anyway, the girl with the pink top on was quite a dancer! i promise u all she was not in any way a bit dirty???? she could have eaten me for breaky!

Nice bit of shopping in Brum this morning as well, got to the station and found a train home was just about to leave. Result.

Got to bed about 4.30am after the dodgiest 'taxi' ride ever! 2 stoned asian lads gave Matt, Neil & me a lift home in their bone-shaker Honda which kept cutting out all the way back. We spent most of the journey on the wrong side of the road & didn't stop at one set of traffic lights! We got home ok & Matt paid, so I can't complain ;)

Looks like Mellow can't hold his drink ;) In bed before 1am, poor effort!

M_D_B, don't think we didn't notice you had gone missing rather early too! & you were on the cokes most of the night - must do better next time :D

Curry was good but the view from where I was sitting was even better ;)

Wow what a nite out :D

Great to see you all again ! Never danced (term used very loosly) and sung so much in years :eek: how good was that live band :) :) My main memmory has to be in the club under the Aussie bar and that flippin bass box that we stood next to !

Shame Mellow was so ill this am, I have felt better but after a stroll around the shops I felt loads better.

I'm still amazed at the amount of traffic in Broad St at 4am :confused: :eek:

This has to become a bi-annual event, Pete mentioned a canal trip around B'ham :D

when i got back to the hotel (after a wake-up/soberising stroll, at 14:00), i decided to check the car park, and caught Mellow just leaving. He was sober (not having had a drink in over 12 hours) but certainly looking a tad rough - i'll leave it to Mellow to describe the details, as it made me feel squeemish! Someone might want to search for an emoticom involving stomach wall hitting the porcelain though, just in case :eek:

I'm up for a canal trip next (and no smutty comments please).

OK.......ok........ok.....BARSTEWARDS.......the lot of yer !

Simply put, after downing that concoption of the dirtiest pint I've ever had the misfortune to drink, I proceeded to have the best night's dancin and singing had for a long time......until 12.45am when the room wasn't just spinning but it was upside..inside out etc....went back to the room, collapsed....woke at 2.30am and was violently sick every half hor through to 10.00am, then continued to be sick hourly until 1.30pm.....driving at 65mph (sober I may add after checking with a breatheliser) back up the M6, I found every bump and ripple all the way home after stoppin 3 more times to heave ho !
Finally got home at 6.45pm to find Skippy (a scoobynetter) visiting me and bringing me some scoob bits, he didn't go till 8.45pm.....I limped to bed and have just risen......STILL feeling poorly !!!!!
A big bout of alcohol poisioning methinks.....or dodgy bic mac in that stylish restaurant you took me to ;)
Either way, sorry if I let the side down, wasn't meant, isn't me, as you know I'm usually MR PARTY ANIMAL. I took the bait drank it down and perished, simple as that......never again :(

Well I've finally surfaced after spending most of Sunday in bed asleep! My guts have yet to recover however :rolleyes:

That Red Bull stuff does keep you going:D:D and kept me awake for most of the night (even though I was knackered when I arrived there!) - but you still have to recover when the effect wears off :rolleyes:
