I'm absolutely crap at any sort of landscape images, so I was really pleased with this view of the london eye. Does anyone agree or am i deluding myself that I can take a decent pic of inanimate stuff lol

C&C: I like it. I would however crop slightly to remove the rooftop (but not the red drive mechanism) just reckon it would tidy it up a little.

Yup, agree with Mark1234, the rooftop is a bit of a distraction.

Personally I reckon so!

Edit to add:
The eye and the river on past it is (I think) a top spot for photography; I have taken some of my favourite images on one evening there.
There's some great angles to the wheel it's self, both scenic and graphical, and some good scenic angles from the bridge further up looking back to the houses of parliment. Take a ride on the wheel, and time it for sunset :)
Then walk along the bank away from parliament, and get a rather nice view of st pauls and the millenium bridge just after dusk. Take a tripod (I didn't and had to balance my camera on a handy bollard. Got away with it, but couldn't compose to remove the railings from the image!)
Once that's in the bag, carry on up to tower bridge, and get some nice shots of there. Then have a beer!
