Just want to know if this can be done by a professional.
Despite people warning me I put honed limestone tiles in my kitchen. They were sealed but I made two mistakes.
1) I let workers walk around with their dirty shoes
2) I cleaned and scrubbed the bits that got dirty/stained with flash. After taking some 'expert' advice it turns out the flash makes things worse and takes off the protective sealant.
Anyway so I now have about 10 tiles that look poor/dirty/discoloured. I've spent this gorgeous weekend cleaning them with Linofin products and then resealing, but they look bad.
I've actually got about 20 + tiles left over so can these tiles be removed and new ones put in with good results?
If it makes a difference underneath is half solid floor and half plywood(it was two seperate rooms at one point) and the tiler latexed the floor first.
Many thanks
ps I have no intention of dimyself I will get a tiler to do it
