A BIG THANX to Greenlight insurance, they have managed to cut just under £200 off my renewal quote from Privilege insurance (Even with the additional cost of monthly payments throughout the year), whom I have been with since I can't remember!

I own a midly modified (Yet insurers still do not seem to like this word) Subaru Impreza 2000MY, last of the classic model which I have owned for 2 years and I am 28 years of age. I tried the usual ring-a-round with various insurers including some others mentioned on this forum but still Greenlight managed to better all quotes.

Just had a quote for £572 fully comp ('98 PPP, 28YO, 3yncb, 3k/yr, garaged) which sounds do-able...

I got a better quote from Keith Michaels. £ 575 on a new 07 WRX with PPP kit and protected no claims. Wicked Deal - Greenlight were £ 625 for the same. Maybe worth the call to find out.

 

Greenlight certainly cheapest for Northern Ireland Drivers.
Anything from 1074 to 1700

Greenlight came in at £667 NCB protected too.
