I think you will struggle to get insured for a day. some place's don't do it for group 17+ cars.

Yea dayinsure can actually **** off they contradict themselves by saying

"To insure the vehicle you have specified, all drivers must must be at least 25 years of age"

Hang on didnt you say....

"A 21 is minumum age required for vehicles in insurance groups 1-17. 25 years or over for vehicles in insurance groups 18-20."

Just phoned Greenlight who put me onto tempcovers website and I get this message....

Cover is not available for vehicles in Insurance Group 18 or higher.

From an underwriting point of view a 23 year old on an Impreza for 1 day is an awful risk, so you have to understand why you'll struggle to get insured.

Even though I put my age in at 25 to test tempcovers website and it gave the same results, go figure.

I thought a UK Impreza was a group 17. Is it an 18 then?

uk's are 17
Wrx's are 20

Exactly.... got an email from tempcover.

"Unfortunately the message you are seeing indicates that the vehicle is listed as above group 17 on our system, as we can only offer insurance for vehicles upto and including group 17 we would be unable to offer insurance on your vehicle"

lol but its NOT group 18, ffs useless!
