I never thought I would go back but they have improved drastically and Kev the head mech is spot on with his work as is Gordon Rough the Sales Manager. They offer SIDC discount and have even introduced a special SIDC labour rate charge. I used to swear by Fiskens but a lot of the people who made that place have left. I would not be so quick to right off T&C anymore. Rob D 20 March 2007, 21:37 Sorry but I have to disagree. I contacted T&C today for my 5 year service and the price supplied was still more expensive than Fiskens, I also was not allowed to supply my own oil even though my car is now out of warranty. :confused: I do think it's great that T&C have made a effort to help SIDC members, Kev I know especially is a very helpfull chap! :) but sorry I will be going elsewhere. That's a shame Rob, I want to supply my own oil (motul) for my 1st service (1000 mile) so I'll be looking into this. p1doc 23 March 2007, 16:12 they charged me for ecu reset for throttle valve problem £15!-fiskens never charged me yet or stan palmers.when i got quote for work t+c more expensive and would not suply courtesy car-as i work in fraserburgh a bit of a problem! how are you doing anyway-back to scoobies i hear,mine has a chargecooler/ap brakes and ast suspension since last we met!! martin |
