Looks like I'll have to get a 58mm adapter though, as my lenses are that size.

Thanks Chris. Funny you should respond to this thread, I'm on the sick atm, and just plotting the route you did for me around Scotland for a holiday this year :)

I was up to Glenfinnan viaduct the other weekend :thumb: Weather was a bit grim that day though :(

The white sand beaches around Arisaig-Morar might be nice to take the kids if it's sunny but there is not much else out that way apart from the Mallaig-Armadale ferry and views of the islands (weather permitting).

Glen Nevis is a nice place to go, especially if you like to get out of the car and walk a bit :thumb: If the weather is crap there is always the Sea Life Centre on the A828 between Oban & Ballachulish.

Sorry Chris, I've unpacked all the camera cupboard but I can't find a 58mm adaptor :( despite the fact I know I had one as I still have 2 old lenses from that time with 58mm threads.:confused:

No worries, thanks for looking anyway. There's a store in Denton that does filters Bankrupt Stock - Cokin & Hoya Filters - Denton Photo Optics (http://www.ukcamera.com/denton/bankrupt.htm)
I'll pay them a visit sometime next week :)

Off to see if I can get the right size adapter in a while. I sent the cheque out yesterday pumpkin, sorry for the delay but I've been unwell. You should have it by wednesday at the latest.
