The manual does say drain the carbs if storing, obviously I never bothered !

What sort of a job is it to strip and clean ?

Thanks

On what bike? none of them are particularly difficult mind.

And how long a storage are we talking? If it's just over winter i would not bother as long as it runs fine.....which there is a 99% chance it will.

with four strokes its usually not that bad:)

my lazy way, put some fresh petrol in the tank with some redex in, drain the carbs so new fuel gets to carb:thumb:
then buy some eazi start:thumb: :lol1:
spray into airfilter while turning over , it will fire then , leaverunning , should be ok after a while running:thumb:
works perfect on all my mowers and bikes:lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

other than that its carbs off and astrip down:razz:
