I’d just like to thank David and all the team at API Engines for looking after me and my baby!

I’m quite a demanding customer who changes his mind every other minute and generally likes to know everything about everything before any work is carried out, and David, Martin, Claire etc really looked after my needs. Not to mention Nathan the mechanic.:thumb:

Here’s the work they have done:

PPG Straight-cut gearset (you should hear this thing go!!)
New alloys
Full Geo setup
New steering wheel
Rear drop-links
Rear pads

It only went in for the gearset but hey, might as well get things done whilst the cars getting the work done!

Great thanks to API for a very professional service, I can now see why you have such a loyal customer base.

Keep up the great work!

Here she is! and now whines like a b1tch!! :norty:

To be honest, I thought it would be louder so it's 10/10 in my book.

Glad I have 5th as standard though, would do my head in on the motorway.

Saying that, I kept dropping into 3rd and 4th just to hear her scream!! :norty:

Cheers for the advice Mark! :thumb:

PPG = very strong gears to tolerate nearly anything a flat 4 can be tuned to.

PPG = The right thing to do if serious torque and competition in mind

PPG = Great if that's what you want and have the money! (it's your life)

ps: I've had TWO bacon butties, no keyring, 4 cups of killa coffee.
Bit of a social circle = API.

Sound great to me guys!

Graham.

Morning David, I've only been driving the car to and from work so far, but the difference is amazing and that's without touching a B'road!!!

Off snowboarding on Saturday, I'm just as much looking forward to getting back so I can go out for a Sunday drive in the Pennines!! :D

Does the awful noise go away after the gears have been running together for a while?

I'm sure the Rally stars don't have their 'everyday' cars sounding like the Rally cars ..... so, I wonder why some people want to have their everyday cars sounding as bad as Rally cars?

Now, I fully appreciate that some people want to be Rally Drivers and the closest they can get is to make-believe with their car ...... but, I still don't get it?

Mine has done a couple of thousand miles now, and still sounds the same.

Even when im wearing my rally drivers gloves
