I have another gig tonight, and 2 bands on, so plenty of practise for me again :)

Tonight is a bti more pressure, as Im doing a 16 track digital recording of both bands, my mates band also has the additon of Steve Rothery guitarist from Marillion joining them on stage tonight, so a real good opportunity to get some good shots

Its a bigger venue too, and usually the lighting is better, and should have about the same level of access for taking photos :)

Was a fantastic gig, only spoilt by my mate (the singer/bass player) having his camcorder knocked off my tripod and being broken by one of the sound guys when de-rigginig, and me losing a fader off my mixing desk

Pics have turned out quite well, better than the previous gig, so I must be doing something right lol, I'll put some pics up in a bit, lighting was a bit better too (for at least some of the shots) the biggest problem I faced last night, was too many heads in the way, and a cluttered stage of unused mic stands obscuring the view, and with my f1.8 50mm I managed to get some 1/1000th second shutter speed with no flash :D

But I didnt do too bad, considering filming with two camcorders, doing a 16 track multitrack recording, and taking photos :)

You got a good bunch there Steve, your certainly a quick learner.

I know what you were trying with no8 but it would be better if you'd got their heads in as well.

On no 10, get rid of the little bit of the mic showing and its spot on :D

Yes I forgot to remove the mic from no 10, I meant to do it, then saved for web, so left it for now, will do it when I get 5 minutes lol

I really wanted to get the heads in on no 8, but sadly I couldnt, and didnt get another chance at that shot, so i cropped it down from what I had to focus on the guitar (I happened to like that guitar anyway :) )
