Guys looking for some confirmation.
Eventually getting round to fitting 6510cs into front and 5012i into the rear.
Just to confirm the wiring. I will be using some autoleads speaker adapters to retain stock speaker conectors.

I assume I take the original feed from the woofer up to the crossover as the amp input to the cross over. Then back down from the crossover to the woofer and also from the cross over to the tweeter. The RH woofer has two wires into each connection on the stock plug, I assume one is the feed from the HU and the other is the wiring up to the factory tweeeter. If this is correct I will just leave the factory tweeter wiring disconnected and unterminated and use new wiring from the cross over to the new tweeter.

Also just to confirm that the large terminal on the infinity is the positive.

thanks

Yes this is correct:thumb:
Cant remember about Infinity terminals though

I originally changed the OEM speakers for 5" infinity's (easier to fit) then i upgraded to 6510cs - the Xover terminals for the 5" speakers were rusted after 12months so take care to waterproof the Xover well is my advise
