Was shot in jpeg on a 400D with 100-400L no adjustments apart from cropping

Nice :) Everybody seems to shoot only a full moon, but this is much more interesting. Some of those asteroid (?) splats are a bit scary :eek:

Only reason I thought about shooting it was that it seemed very light outside last night, when I looked at the sky there were no clouds and a big moon :)

I don't think I would want to be on the end of some of the asteroids that have hit the moon , it could hurt a bit.

Did you zoom the shot in PS??? what was the orignal size of the moon in the frame??/
Top shot btw... i tried but failed last time...

I used PS elements 5 for the cropping and resizing , the moon was probably just under a 1/4 of the original photo size , I guess that is the beauty of having 10 MP camera
