I wonder if anyone can help me out. This is probably something really silly and after doing a quick goggle search, I'm still non the wiser :freak3:

The hot water tap in the wash basin upstairs doesn't work. It was fine a while ago, then the water slowly came out, now it wont run at all. Basically, how do i go about diagnosing it to see if its an internal part or the whole thing.

right if your tap is a normal tap its proberly the o ring in the tap gutz take the head off the tap (first turn water off open bath hot tap wait till water stops) take tap gutz out you might see the o ring they snag all the time just take it off and put back gutz back together with out oring should be ok the hot is not under any major pressure like the cold its only their to stop water coming out of the head
