Broke my alarm fob, and just ordered a new one.

I understand that you can programme it to my car via a simple process, does anyone know who this is done?? Subaru want £25+vat which is a bit steep for a minutes work.

Its a M30 Sigma Alarm on a MY99, can anyone help????
