can anyone help i need a good flat roof sealent as my garage roof has started leaking at the joints

Temporary fix we would use a product called Acrypol or Flexacryl...fibre based resin product..Just put plenty on and be prepared to give a couple of coats..it stinks to high heaven but is quite effective.. Any roofing merchant should stock it or similar product.About £25.00 a tin plus Vodka and Tonic!!
