Can anyone possibly give me any ideas what I might need to do to sort this problem out???

I have 4 hotwater outlets in my house. 3 in the bathroom upstairs (WHB, bath & power shower) 1 in the kitchen (mixer tap)

Just recently the hotwater pressure has gone down to a trickle. Mainly in the kitchen. The bath tap is still running full pressure as is the WHB (the shower is 50% but that might be to do with the new cheap shower hose i bought from Wilkos)

The weird thing is, that when you turn on the hot water mixer tap in the kitchen it dribbles out and obviously takes ages for the water to heat up. When its been dribbling out for about 3-5 mins and warmed up. If you switch it off, then switch it on again the pressure is much better.

If i replace the tap washer would that help or could it be a problem with the tank furring up? We dont have hard water.

Im confused:wonder:

But you haven't edited it. Any plumbers on here will want to know what they are dealing with, before diagnosing it;) See my post in NSR.
