A popular village for Scooby meets - but has anyone been nicked for speeding?

One interesting point is that the "average speed" is currently 31mph, which means that over half of drivers are speeding. So much for the 85th percentile rule for setting limits :rolleyes:

back when Listers were a Scooby dealer, the village used to get mighty annoyed. When I test drove both of mine, there were always coppers in the laybye.....

However, IIRC, they also had the villagers with laser guns as well :mad:

Still, on the flip-side, there were morons like me driving about!! :D

There is a Plug in point aswell ;) nothing to do with the Chief inspector lived in the Village.

BTW I always did 28mph but got overtaken by a Local woman :mad:

I remember being overtaken through the village by a local in his golf (I was smack on 30...) then he cut me up to then pull onto his drive...... so they all do it!!!!

I quite often go along that way but have rarely seen the police in the lay-by, I agree with the locals cutting you up though
