i've got a jaguar combi boiler the heating works fine but the water is stone cold ? any experts out there that can help?

the manual says Jaguar 23/28 kw wall hung combination boiler.It also says (hand writen) ref cc 608812 thats all i can get from it

Sounds like the DHW switch is not making it's contact for whatever reason.

I can't find any literature to be sure, but I think these are made by Glowworm for Plumb Center? :wonder:

Glowworm have two types of combi system, one with a diverter valve and on with a hydro block assembly.

Look in the back of the manual for the fault finding section, but it sounds to me like you will have to get a central heating engineer involved anyway... :Whatever_

any idea of price for the part i think i could fix it myself as i'm an engineer depends if its a big job tho :wonder:

No idea on price and if it means taking the boiler case off, it's a CORGI engineers job I'm afraid...
