I'm looking at changing the speakers in the front doors of MY95 wagon, anybody got any recomendations for a good quality set not to expensive but good and the size please.

AFAIK, direct replacements are hard to come by as Subaru use an odd size:(

My '98 car has Sony "X-Plod" 3-way 16.5cm units, on home made spacers, made using the old speakers and the Sony template, out of mdf, well painted against damp.

Been in 4 years, I love them, and so far, only one prob: a wire fell off the n/s connector :rolleyes:
