Hi Chaps

Can someone help identifiy a car stereo please.

The details that I have.

Sony Xplod
The front face of the stereo only has two button in the top left and right corners of the screen. When you press either button the screen sort of folds out (I'm an ICE idot so I hope you know what I mean).

The screen plays small animations. A surfer, snowboarder and sometimes displays a picture of what may be a focus rally car.

It has a single CD slot (behind the main animation screen) and radio.

And a flashy remote control.

I have had a look for what it could be on the web but no luck. Could it be really old and is now discontued?

Any thoughts?

Does it have a model number on the front?
Is it from japan or uk as i have a japanese sony headunit and it was a bugger to find instructions for it

I'm sure it does but I don't have that info. I appreciate I could find it no problem if I had the serial number.

Found it...like I thought I think it has been discontinued.

Sounds similar to my Sony CDX-F7500. I`ve had it for a few years now. Very good stereo IMO. :)
