( SFOK = Scoobynet Fountain Of Knowledge ) :) Clarebabes 26 October 2006, 21:23 Why have ceramic when you could have induction? We have just got one of these AEG Electric Hob 68001KFN and AEG Appliances at Trade Appliances (http://www.trade-appliances.co.uk/_6839_AEG_68001KFN.html) and it's great! It has the speed of gas, but is very efficient and safer too. Only downer on it is that I've had to buy a new set of pans cos they need to be magnetic :D spectrum48k 26 October 2006, 22:27 are halogen hobs any good ? what are you getting for the extra money ? sti-04!! 26 October 2006, 22:31 are halogen hobs any good ? what are you getting for the extra money ?
