I was looking for a picture of my daughter from 2004 to go into her photo album when I came across this pic which I took on holiday in Corsica (2004). We're thinking of going back there again next year and this shot brought back a lot of good memories.

Very nice picture,
1 thing that found make it better is some foreground intrest, maybe some family, maybe a daughter??
See where I'm going? Go back and take it again

Top shot Alwyn :)
I've been trying for years to get one of these kind of long-lens mountain scapes and never even got close. V nice mate ;)
Out of interest, any significant post-processing?
Richard.

And for the contra opinion.. Nooooo!!! would absolutely ruin it.. from a nice landscape into a family picture. Looks fine as it is, love it!

Sorry for the late reply Richard - I thought my internet connection had gone down on me (it had) and was waiting for it to come back again....then I rebooted my machine and voila! here I am :)
As for the post-processing, very little. I just added a touch of contrast to it to darken the bit at the bottom but that's all.
kbsub, I took a centre-weighted reading from the second mountain (if we count the darkest one as mountain #1) and underexposed by about a stop just to darken it down a bit.
