Hi
yea you can get the felt and pitch tar from the big warehouse stores, check what felt you have on the roof and they should be able to match it up for you,
hope you stop leaking soon:lol1:

If you want a quick repair that should last a fair while you should look for `Flexacryle` you can get it from some of the DIY stores or you should be able to find a similar product.
Its just a matter of painting it on and can be applied to a wet roof. You can also give it another coat at a later date and it will last for ages.
Although you have water in one corner you may find that theres a problem other than that area when you get on the roof. Sometimes water can get in and the track to the area that shows the problem, so have a good look round when your up there.
You can get felt that is already to lay, you just need to heat it up as you roll it out, fairly easy to use and DIY but use the Flexacryle and do the proper fix at a later date when the weathers better for it.

ok cheers, the roof looks like a load or tar has been poured over the felt at some point as you cant even see the felt anymore apart from at the edges!!

I'll second Rex's comment about Flexacryl for a temporary fix. It's magic stuff. We use it at work for call out emergency repairs. :thumb:

don`t know about the cheapest but you should be able to get it from your local `builder centre` or a local roofing firm would be worth a try. Expect to pay from £15 - £35 dependant on the tin size. Think you may get next day delivery from screwfix if you can`t find it local but will probably work out a little more.
Would suggest using a `turks head brush` to apply can be fairly messy too. Cloves and bags)
Once you`ve used it you will be surprised at how long it will last, lots if not most roofers would have used it in there time.
