pippyrips 21 October 2006, 17:55 i always found cvc to be good/helpful though others will disagree. I never used keith price but have heard good things
Blue Dragoon 22 October 2006, 11:05 If it is warranty then the Main Dealer in your area is the one. CVC here in the 'diff but Keith Price in Abergavenny.
Independents will not be acknowledged by Subaru if anything goes wrong inside the warranty period. Yes, the law say's that a warranty is valid as long as OEM parts, makers procedures and VAT reg'd etc but they will squirm out.
So, sadly catch 22.
Paul at CVC is normally a good bloke they are now on Hadfield Rd in the old Audi Garage.

Keith Price have a good rep too:thumb:
Chip 22 October 2006, 13:19 Used CVC last 7 years and never once had a problem, always great service.
As for Keith Price I would'nt touch them with a bargepole.

scuba_doo 22 October 2006, 13:30 That's fine , was going to cvc , but had seen a couple of posts with people not sounding to happy .

Chip 22 October 2006, 14:59 I think you'll find that they may, just may have the occasional read of this forum as well:)

pp1 22 October 2006, 19:01 CVC M8 .......
scuba_doo 22 October 2006, 19:16 Looks like it'll be cvc then , any idea how much 2 year service is ? Think it's a small service .
Silver Scooby Sport 22 October 2006, 19:39 I've used KP's in the past while the car was in warranty.... always been good with me :thumb:

Same situation for me, BUT the other way around ! :)
Russ71 22 October 2006, 21:41 CVC, just dont order parts they take along time to arrive, well I'm still waiting:wonder:
flopsy 23 October 2006, 20:15 cvc for me aswell, ring and ask for PAUL McCARTHY he is very
helpful.:thumb: chris.
DannyBoy007 23 October 2006, 20:26 only used CVC once, when I needed a knock sensor, found them very helpful and quite cheap as well
Trap2Terrorist 24 October 2006, 20:15 I wouldn't go near CVC with a large barge pole.....in fact I drove the tiresome round trip to Powerstation yesterday for my 50k service and MOT just to avoid them.
(plus I rate the guys at Powerstation, which makes it worth the trip and extra expense).
....and yes, they do read this forum and don't like bad press. :nono:
