could you guys let me know how to adjust the nearside headlight as it is way to high.

 

Have you just changed bulbs?
Check the bulb is seated correctly and that the bulb carrier has not clicked out of place.

If it is just adjustment then the level of the light should still change with the adjuster on the dash. If the carrier has clicked out it will not.

If it needs adjusting I'd take it somewhere with beam alignment equipment.
