Are you looking to convert into habitable room? If so they all apply. You'll need to look at heating, ventilation, fire escape, lighting. Probably building a stud internal wall (insulated) with cavity behind. Then you'll need to get it through planning.......yada yada! Better off getting a local building contractor to do all this and the work I reckon.

Of course it could be turned into a store! ;)

I would contact this company, they will know all the ins and outs with regards to what is and isn't needed.
