When I got my Sti Pro I knew the insurance would be steep. Pleasantly surprised I got it down under £600. I tried many companies and the quotes went from £600 to 2100, but most declined to quote.

What surprised me was that all the different quotes, from different companies were all going to the same insurer. So the moral of the story, try many different companies and don't rely on getting the best deal going direct to the insurer. The quote I had direct was 1500, but going through another company I got the same policy down to 600????
