Spent £114.45 on 3x Adult tickets and car park pass.

Received 3x child tickets and no car park pass, this **** happens every year does it not ? Suggest you order early to ensure you have time to sort out any issues.

I've been sent nothing like I've ordered.:brickwall

I'm still missing:-
7 passes for Friday + 1 car park pass
5 passes for Saturday
5 passes for Sunday + 2 car park passes

Also ordered 7 Bronze tickets for Millennium Stadium all sat together (I've got the seat details) and been sent 6 Gold tickets (4 together and 2 together somewhere else)

Joke:mad:

Got day passes for Friday as ordered, but ordered Millennium tickets in August and still not received anything. They assure me they will be here. Listening to you guys i'm beginning to wonder.

Ordered 2 adult World Rally and 2 adult Gold Cardiff passes ...

3 adult Saturday and 3 adult Sunday passes arrived yesterday, no sign of Cardiff passes!

How hard can it be to issue the correct tickets? Useless!

Did you all order them via the website or by telephone? I'm ordering ours next week and am starting to feel a bit nervous.

I ordered via the website. A friend of mine ordered by phone yesterday, he told me the person he dealt with used the website from their end!

They also appear to sell the Cardiff pases one block at a time. He asked which tickets were available and he was told that at the moment only tickets in block M7.

Going to Cardiff in person today to ensure I get the correct tickets.

Mine were ordered via the web, I did receive an email confirmation that was correct so it must have been the human input that went wrong.

I have since received the right tickets, the right car park pass and the right number of programme vouchers, I'm still a fiver out of pocket sending the wrong ones back though :( but thats life.

Ordered ours by Web. The Friday day tickets came almost straight away. But still not received the Millennium stage tickets for Saturday, but maybe they despatch by block as PC555 says. Will give them another week then hassle them again. You pay enough for handling fees and special delivery shouldn't need to chase.

Not had mine for millennium stage either yet R.B.

I rang them today and initially said they had been despatched. When I questioned when they said early September! Paid for Special Delivery, I'm sure even our Post Office aren't that bad!!

Anyway turns out they have been released, not despatched and was told 'not to worry they would be with me in time'. Not that convinced, why split the order and send the day passes and not the millennium stage? Unless they come from a different place I suppose.

The saga continues.......

Got our tickets 2 months ago. ticket numbers are in the 3000's but we have since got another one, and its gone down in numbers to 1800,s. they might be in decending order. So i would not pin your hopes on the numbers being down this year, you will still get stuck in the stage by some idiot who double parks at the top.Generaly a car with PRESS in the window.

I had a recorded delivery slip through my door the other day, so im guessing i need to collect from the post office?

Is it normal for them to be sent by recorded delivery?

Got the correct ticket order yesterday. Woo-hoo!!!

Don't read anything into the serial nos. on the tickets.

We've got 7 for Fri, Sat & Sun (21 in total), and the serial nos. are no consecutive.

The Friday tickets have numbers ranging from 0098 to 1600.

Yes !! At last got our Millennium Stage tickets, with a letter apologising that they had lost the original ones and we have been re-allocated seats. But not as good seats as the ones we ordered.

So much for an extra £7.95 for handling and special delivery !!

Love the colour copying idea - think they'll cotton on though if everyone just orders one ticket ???

Get your tickets sorted out ASAP. I ordered mine (millenium stage) at the release and was told that they would phone me when they were in the CIA to be picked up.:) 10 weeks later I phoned and was told that they would not be sent out until 2 weeks befor the stage date.:( I then read on the rally gb web site something about a cut off date for reporting undelivered tickets. phoned the CIA again and was told your tickets are here to be picked up:mad:

Phoned ticket master to tell them I had the wrong stadium tickets. They have passed my problem directly to the stadium ticket office. I have to post back the incorrect tickets and then wait for my allocated tickets to be re-sent to me. Recorded delivery is a must! :(
