does any one have experiance claiming with elephant?

yeah i have and was rubbish, my car was write off due to a thirdparty, took 4 months for offer on the car declined first offer sent back some pictures of similar cars with a higher price and they still wouldnt move on a better offer even if it was £100!!!! so wont be going back to them, the only good thing is it they are better than more than for call centres as i can actualy understand them on the phone( not some indian)!!!!

Im with elephant not had a claim but they were the cheapest for me without a tracker, my ins is up in january i pay £1400 on an 03 wrx std im 26 5yrs no-claims,this is alot i know but its worth paying.
