We charge...

Condensing Boiler - £60
Standard Efficiency Boiler - £52
Oil Boiler - £60

Depending on the boiler, a 'proper' service should take anything upto 1.5 hours (Oil Boilers up to 2 hours). If they are in and out in 5-10 mins, don't pay the service engineer (as it simply can't be done in that time)!!! :nono:

LOL, bear in mind we are in rural Mid-Wales and we have to travel more than 30 mins to the majority of our jobs. :(

I wish I was on £45 per hour, but it doesn't work out like that after all the expenses (corgi/oftec registrations, van finance, insurances, fuel, tools/test equipment, just to name a few).

Sadly it all adds up... :Whatever_

Just joshin' Richy B - I know some jobs you make comfortable money on - and others you do it out of the goodness of your heart (and the name of the business, I guess ;) ) crawling under floorboards in the wet looking for leaks in the middle of winter - thats medal territory in my opinion  :thumb:

I pay £75 for a full service and 60 for a semi one. It usually takes one and half hours but he has been known to take 2 hours. I have a Volkera combi boiler.
