Rememeber the naked air guitar bit?

Well it gave me an idea. Imagine this shot against a flat white background (which was my idea, so this will need to be reshot)

Nice, but a simpler background would help, and maybe a bit of airbrushing on her left arm. ;)

Yeah the back ground stinks, so will be shot against a pure white wall / sheet next time.

As for airbush, noooooooooo way for varios reasons. The 2 biggest being 1, those scars are a part of what makes Toy, Toy. and 2, I like my nuts where they are thank you!!!

I quite like the strong verticals in the shot and the horizontal effect of the boards - I think against a plain white backdrop it would look a bit boring - have to lose the doorhandle and powerpoints though :D take those out in PS and the bits of fluff in the bottom left and right edge and it would look a lot better

LOL Si ;)

You've got something here. 2nd shot is far better. Hope this is helpful.

I like the location and I'd stick with it. Lose the lecky sockets in PS and fit a round white door knob. Keep verticals vertical and use door etc as a kind of picture frame.

Get a light coloured lino off-cut and continue the white theme throughout the pic. Floor with a faint pattern running front to back (sorry Gareth ;) ) would make a great lead-in to the pic. It'll take you 20 minutes to lay it well enough for the shot. And then you can lay... no, I'm not going there :norty:

If not white floor, get her to wear white jeans.

Lighting is good, but tricky shadows on her face. It doesn't work in first pic, but looks great in second. Softer light would give you more options. Borrow my portable Elinchrom kit if you like.

When I play air guitar, it's always a Gibson :lol1:

Good luck,

Richard.

Hee hee, she thought they would turn out to be shomething she hates. Infact she quite likes em :D

The next try is going to be shot againts a complete white backdrop (aka studio)

Might do a low key version (black clothes) too cos her main axe is a Ghost tele caster.

Oh and if I borrow you Elinchrom kit, you'll never get it back!!!! I'm looking at a cheap Interfit Stellar kit right now. then It will get binned if I'm lucky enough to ever get a house with enogh space for a permamant studio (yes I'm that hooked)

As for Gibson, I love em, but don't need to play air!!!

Say hello to my 1988 Gibson!!!!
