I was asked if I could take some aerial photos of a archaeological dig, the light was terrible and the wind very bumpy meaning most of my pictures were trash.

I managed to get this one looking OK but was hoping I'd missed a few tricks and things can be improved, any advice appreciated.

Where abouts in Aylesbury?? I used to work there and have a couple of friends parents that live by there!

Had a quick play. And this is what I came up with. I'll have more of a play later

The 2 rings look like more parch marks. (guess who has an intrest in this subject!!! Albeit from a marine point of view)

Shadow/Highlight, curve tweak, unsharp mask. Filename is arch.jpg because I can't spell archaeology either :)

No RAW unfortunately, I need to check that my camera can shoot RAW - Canon Ixus 750
