What a stunning bike but why are they so rare to see on the road when they are only £5-£6k 2nd hand? Are they cr4p performance or horrendously unreliable?

Dunno about the reliability thing but I'm pretty sure they are mad to insure and if you drop it you'll need a mortgage to buy the bits for it. Still looks the dogs though :D

Almost bought one of these last month but went for the zx10r instead. MCN have a section on their website where owners can rate their new machines, and Benelli reviews aren't great. After sales back-up appears to be their biggest downfall and new parts are apparently hard to get.

Do agree that they look the nuts though, and you should HEAR one. Triples sound awesome.

But, (i'm tight) Kawasaki were doing 0% finance!!

From what ive read I think thats the main issue Shaun...and the fact they lack outright power compared to the thou's etc....I think they increased cc a year or so back to 1100 odd cc(?)

They do look mad thou', love the fans poking out from under the seat, british designer as well ..

A friend of mine has one- they are cool and very different:)
I love the underseat fans:D
However it has had a replacement gearbox and been to the garage numerous times. It tends to lose first gear when hot:(
