Just put on a chrome battery cover and it has some scratches on it how can I get rid of these any suggestions?:wonder:

Is it chrome plated or solid chrome? If it's plated I would be cautious about doing anything too aggressive, as the thickness of the plating might be very low, and open to being compromised by an abrasive polish. I think I would start with Meguiars NXT All Metal Polysh - this has little cut, but polishes up very nicely. If this prooves too mild, I think P21S do a metal polish that may be a bit more aggressive - try a google, think there is one UK supplier if I remember correctly. :)
