Hey everyone, thinking about tackling the base & dwarf wall for conservatory myself, ive got a bit of bricky knowlege but iv never done a damp proof membrain, keying it in to the brickwork & all that. Anyone know where I can get some info or diagrams to help me?

Get a proper brickie m8. Coz if u sell not only do buyers ask for the house builers proof ov build. but a guarantee may be needed..

I will if I have to but just weighing up the options first, next door had theirs done a few months back & it cost around £2k for 2 & a half days work. Ive got the materials which were around £700 so thats £1300 labour or a few of the mates round for a wk-end. Not planning on moving till I retire either:) .

its easy dig your footings build to damp course then screed the centre then build your dwarf wall.
