Crowbuck Scoobies are looking to hold a BBQ / meet at the Huntsman pub in Eridge (near Tunbridge Wells) on Saturday 26th August 2006.

Over the next 10 days or so, we are trying to formulate a list of attendees for the BBQ so that we can confirm numbers with the pub. If we get enough people interested in this they want to lay on a band for the evening as well as the BBQ.

The pub itself has ample parking space around the pub plus we will also be allowed to used the garden at the back of the pub which is used annually for a bike show which usually has around 150 bikes on display (which could equate to around 40 - 50 scoobs quite comfortably

If we are not able to get the numbers we are hoping for, we will still be holding a smaller meet / BBQ but are not sure of the venue for this as yet.

We are looking to to make this an annual event ant to try and involve as many areas as possible.
